Waterline hygiene linked to the existing water supply
Benefits dental clinics can expect, based on the properties of oxygen nanobubble water. Actual effects vary with water quality, waterline condition and conditions of use.
Less waterline maintenance work
Because oxygen nanobubble water flows through the waterlines during treatment, the separate time and effort spent on waterline maintenance can be reduced.
Optimized chemical use
Its supplementary use can be evaluated by reviewing compatibility with existing disinfection procedures and water quality standards.
Equipment care
The potential to manage contamination and deposits inside the waterlines can be reviewed as a way to support stable maintenance of the water system.
Patient confidence
Clinics can explain to patients that they manage waterline hygiene consistently.
For dental unit chair water systems
Connects to the unit chair water line. We check the number of chairs and water supply method to recommend a suitable configuration.
-
Dental clinics
Several chairs served by one unit
-
Dental hospitals
Installed per floor or treatment area
-
Medical equipment waterlines
Water lines of low-flow medical equipment that uses water
When MEDICAL NB is a good fit
- Clinics with several chairs where waterline maintenance takes considerable time
- Clinics aiming to reduce their use of chemical disinfectants
- Clinics that want stable results from regular water quality tests
- Treatment rooms with little space for equipment (ultra-compact configuration)
- Treatment areas with up to 20 chairs (one unit serves up to 20, controlled by timer)
When another option is needed
- For more than 20 chairs, the system is divided into zones with two or more units; please contact us
- Irrigation and cooling water for surgical procedures should be sterile water or sterile saline in line with infection control guidelines
- For waterlines that have not been maintained for a long time, their condition is checked before installation and, if needed, the lines are cleaned first

Results vary with source water quality, waterline condition and conditions of use. Used together with existing infection control procedures such as flushing before treatment and regular water quality tests.
Waterline water quality standards (reference)
Heterotrophic bacteria standards for dental unit water, confirmed by regular water quality testing.
Korea
Heterotrophic bacteria ≤100 CFU/mL · recommendation for dental unit water based on drinking water standards
US CDC
Heterotrophic bacteria ≤500 CFU/mL · standard for dental unit water in non-surgical procedures
Installation linked to the dental water line
Source water from the supply line is treated with nanobubbles and delivered to each unit chair's waterlines. The same water supplies handpieces, scalers, syringes and the rinse cup.

MEDICAL NB FAQ
Answers to key technical and adoption questions when considering MEDICAL NB.
Can we stop our current waterline maintenance?
It is used together with existing infection control procedures.
Flushing before treatment and regular water quality tests continue as before, and the interval for disinfectant use is adjusted based on water test results.
Is the water safe to use as is, since it comes into contact with patients?
No chemical disinfectants are added.
The system uses only water and oxygen. The treated water is supplied to dental unit waterlines, including handpieces, scalers, syringes and rinse cups. Water quality is managed through the clinic's existing testing and maintenance procedures.
How many chairs can be connected?
One unit can serve up to 20 chairs.
Supply time is controlled by a timer; above 20 chairs, the system is divided into zones with two or more units.
Can it be installed on our clinic's unit chairs?
Because it connects to the water supply line, it can be installed on most unit chairs.
Tell us the manufacturer, model and water supply method, and we will confirm the connection method.
By what standard is waterline water quality managed?
Regular tests are based on heterotrophic bacteria counts.
In Korea, ≤100 CFU/mL is recommended for dental unit water, and the US CDC sets ≤500 CFU/mL; testing intervals follow the clinic's infection control procedures.
How do I check the price?
