Industrial Applications
of Nanobubble Technology

Nanobubble technology is used to improve the efficiency of gas transfer, cleaning and water treatment processes, and is applied across agriculture, aquaculture, industrial cleaning, water and environment, hygiene and many other industries.

Nanobubble technology matched to the performance each industry requires

Nanobubble technology serves many industries, but the purpose and required performance differ. Dissolved oxygen supply matters most in agriculture and aquaculture, soil removal in cleaning, and oxygen transfer and ozone oxidation in wastewater treatment.

With these differences in mind, Honour Tech develops and supplies nanobubble systems for 12 fields, covering 4 core application areas plus research and testing. Each field page explains how the technology works, which products fit and the technical evidence; commercial readiness is summarized on this page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which industries and processes can Honour Tech's nanobubble technology be applied to?

We apply it across agriculture, aquaculture, cleaning, water treatment, hygiene and many other fields.

Industries not on our list can also be evaluated for feasibility by reviewing the purpose, water quality and process conditions.

What criteria are used to select the right nanobubble system for each industry?

Selection is based on treatment flow rate, gas, target dissolved concentration, operating pressure and wetted-part materials.

Even within the same industry, the right system can differ with the process purpose and operating conditions.

Do raw water quality and operating conditions affect nanobubble performance?

Yes.

Water temperature, pH, salinity, organic matter and suspended solids can affect gas dissolution and process performance. A prior water quality review is especially important for heavily contaminated water or special process water.

Can it be applied without replacing existing production, cleaning or water treatment equipment?

In many fields it can be applied by adding a circulation line or connecting to the feed water system of existing equipment.

The extent of change required depends on the piping, pumps, treatment flow rate and installation space.

Can technical performance and economic feasibility be verified before commercial-scale adoption?

Yes.

Target performance and operating conditions can be evaluated through comparison tests using actual raw water or customer samples. The scope and method of testing are agreed according to the target process and required performance.
