S Series Compact Inline Nanobubble System

The S Series is a compact inline nanobubble system for low flows of 5 L/min or less. It connects directly to water supply or process lines to deliver low-flow nanobubble water.

Benefits of a compact inline system

Connects directly to water supply and low-flow process lines to deliver nanobubble-treated water. Technical characteristics and conditions for each process are covered on the application pages.

Applications for the S Series

Applied to sites with small flow requirements, such as functional water production, dental waterlines and dermatology skin care.

When the S Series is a good fit

  • Sites requiring 5 L/min or less
  • When the unit is to be placed near the point of use
  • Tight installation spaces such as treatment rooms and shops
  • When connecting to a water supply line is preferred

When another series fits better

  • For required flows of 0.6 m³/h (10 L/min) or more, HQN
  • For strict hygiene standards and larger flows, HTV

  1. Connection

The unit is connected between the water supply line and the point of use.

  2. Nanobubble water generation

The compact pump and bubble mixer dissolve and disperse gas in the water to produce nanobubble water.

  3. Supply

The nanobubble water is sent to the point of use.

S Series FAQ

Answers to key technical and adoption questions when considering the S Series.

What is the difference between SQN and SLN?

SQN is a compact high-pressure type, and SLN a compact low-pressure type.

SQN runs at 3.5–4.0 bar with up to 3 L/min, and SLN at 3.0 bar or less with up to 5 L/min. We recommend SQN for functional water and dental waterlines, and SLN for dermatology skin care.

Can it run on mains pressure without a pump?

SLN can be used without a pump if mains pressure is 2.5 bar or higher.

If mains pressure is lower, it is configured with a diaphragm pump. SQN runs on a diaphragm pump.

What if I need more than 5 L/min?

Consider the HQN model for that flow.

The smallest HQN model is 0.6 m³/h (10 L/min). There is no standard model between 5 and 10 L/min, so it is arranged to suit the application.

How many dental chairs can be connected?

One unit can serve up to 20 chairs.

Supply time is controlled by a timer. Above 20 chairs, the system is divided into zones with two or more units.

Which gases does it use?

SQN uses air, O₂, N₂ and H₂, with ozone as an option.

Gases for SLN are arranged to suit the application. Gas supply equipment is configured together for the application.
