LAB Series FAQ
Answers to key technical and adoption questions when considering LAB Series.
How do the three models differ?
They differ in bubble mixer type, treatment flow, operating pressure and gas injection range.
HQN-001 is 0.6 m³/h at 3.2–3.8 bar, HQN-002 is 1.2 m³/h at 4.0–4.5 bar, and HEN-002 is 2.0 m³/h at 2.5–3.0 bar; all three run on 220 V single-phase power.
Which gases can be used?
Air, oxygen, ozone and nitrogen can be used.
The gas source is provided by the lab and connected to the unit; for tests using ozone, order the ozone specification with SUS316L wetted parts.
Over what range can gas injection be adjusted?
It is adjusted within each model's range.
HQN-001: 0.1–1.0 L/min (recommended 0.3); HQN-002: 0.3–1.5 L/min (recommended 0.5); HEN-002: 0.5–2.0 L/min (recommended 1.0). Start at the recommended value and adjust to suit the test purpose.
Can it run on lab power?
All three models run on 220 V single-phase power.
Pump power is 0.75 kW for HQN-001 and 1.0 kW for HQN-002 and HEN-002.
Can test results be carried over to field equipment?
