Nanobubble water is supplied to the water feeds of dermatology and aesthetic clinics, salon shampoo stations, saunas
and private bathtubs.
Application methods for face washing, shampooing and bathing are reviewed considering
point of use, water temperature, flow and hygiene conditions.
Water that touches skin and scalp has different performance requirements and evaluation methods for each use, and user safety and hygiene must be managed together.
Face washing and skin care, shampooing and rinsing, and bathing each have different expected outcomes and evaluation methods.
Gas dissolution and supply characteristics change with water temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow and mixed-water conditions.
Materials, microorganisms and gas exposure must be managed, considering skin contact and long-stay usage environments.
Supplying nanobubble water alone has not been proven to provide health or medical effects such as treating skin conditions, improving the scalp or promoting blood circulation.
What Are NanobubblesNanobubble water can be used to improve the usage environment by supplementing the water supplied for face washing, shampooing and bathing. Research papers exist on user evaluations of bathing and showering, but as they were not tests performed with Honour Tech products, all benefits below are expected benefits.

Skin care, shampooing and rinsing, and bathing are different uses, so the same performance is not assumed for all three. Dermatology and aesthetic clinics and saunas and private bathtubs are at the 'early market' stage; salon shampoo is at the 'validation' stage.
Nanobubble water for face washing and skin care
Supplied to the shampoo station feed and the cleansing and rinsing process
Supplied to bathtub feed or circulation water
This breakdown categorizes application targets; it does not mean performance trials for each use have been completed.
| Use | Application method | Priority evaluation items |
|---|---|---|
| Dermatology & aesthetic clinics | Supplied to the water feed for face washing and skin care | Skin contact safety, gas used, skin irritation |
| Salon shampoo | Supplied to the shampoo station feed | Supply flow, water temperature, shampooing and rinsing results |
| Saunas & private bathtubs | Bathtub feed or circulation treatment | Water volume, temperature, hygiene management, user exposure |
The S Series (SLN) is recommended where point-of-use flow is small, such as dermatology clinics and salons, and HQN where water volume is large, such as saunas and bathtubs. Air or oxygen is used for skin-contact uses; ozone, whose safety has not been confirmed, is not proposed.

Recommended Optional The S Series (SLN) is a low-flow configuration of up to 5 L/min and can be used without a pump when mains pressure is 2.5 bar or higher. This table recommends products by installation and water supply conditions; it is not a ranking of validated skin, hair or scalp efficacy.
Research papers using fine bubbles in bathing and showering report user evaluations of skin moisture, body odor and similar measures. Conditions and results for each study are available in the case studies.

Common questions about dermatology use, shampooing and rinsing, saunas and private bathtubs, gases used and validation of effects.
Supplying nanobubble water for face washing and skincare water can be considered, but skin improvement or therapeutic effects must be validated separately.
Face washing and treatment water in dermatology clinics must take into account who it contacts, how often it is used and the hygiene of the equipment. The use of nanobubble technology alone cannot be taken as evidence of improvement in skin conditions or reduced irritation.
Honour Tech checks water supply conditions and purpose to review system application and, where needed, methods for evaluating skin contact safety and effects.
Supplying nanobubble water to shampoo stations can be considered, but cleansing and rinsing results and effects on the scalp and hair must be confirmed by testing.
Shampooing results depend on water temperature and flow, the type and amount of shampoo, hair condition and rinse time. Applying nanobubbles alone cannot guarantee less shampoo or improvement of the scalp and hair.
Honour Tech compares the existing water supply with nanobubble water under similar conditions to review cleansing and rinsing characteristics and feasibility.
Configurations that supply nanobubble water to the bathtub water supply or circulation system can be considered.
For bathtubs, water temperature, volume, duration of use and hygiene management are important. Research papers using fine bubbles in bathing and showering have reported user evaluations such as skin moisturization, but these were not tests with Honour Tech products, and supplying nanobubble water alone does not guarantee disinfection of bath water, skin improvement or circulation benefits.
Honour Tech reviews the bathtub's water supply, hot water supply method, filtration and circulation equipment and user safety conditions to determine the scope of application.
Air or oxygen is used; ozone, whose safety has not been confirmed, is not recommended for skin contact or bathing.
Even with air or oxygen nanobubble water, dissolved gas concentration, safety and effects are evaluated separately. Ozone has oxidizing power but can be hazardous where it may contact the skin directly or be inhaled.
Honour Tech checks the location of use, hot water conditions, gas supply method and exposure potential to review the specification.
Supply water characteristics, safety and cleansing and rinsing results are evaluated separately for each purpose.
For skincare, the condition of the water used and skin contact evaluation are checked; for shampooing, cleansing and rinsing conditions; and for bathtubs, water temperature and water quality, hygiene and operating conditions. Unverified skin, hair or health benefits are not presented as general performance of nanobubble technology.
Honour Tech reviews tests comparing ordinary water with nanobubble water under actual use conditions, and describes application effects only to the extent objective results have been obtained.
