Benefits of a hygienic nanobubble system
With an all-stainless-steel internal module, it supplies nanobubble water even to processes with strict hygiene requirements. Technical characteristics and conditions for each process are covered on the application pages.
Wetted parts suited to hygiene standards
The all-stainless-steel internal module can help with equipment management where wetted-part requirements are strict.
HTV benefitSupports precision cleaning
The cleaning properties of nanobubble water can be used in cleaning glass, precision parts and electronic parts.
HTV benefitOzone use
Its structure allows ozone to be used without a separate ozone option. However, gas supply, off-gas ozone treatment, residual ozone management and wetted-part suitability must be confirmed according to design conditions.
Applications for HTV
It can be considered for production, cleaning and manufacturing processes where hygiene standards and wetted-part materials matter.

When HTV is a good fit
- Processes with strict hygiene standards such as GMP or drinking water standards
- Equipment that requires an all-stainless-steel internal module
- Hygienic processes that use ozone
- When the required flow matches one of the 6 standard models
When another series fits better
- For processes with ordinary wetted-part requirements, HQN
- For large flows where initial cost and power consumption need to be reduced, HEN
- For low flows of 5 L/min or less, the S Series
- To add cleaning power to tank and pipe cleaning, the Nano Pulse Jet (NPJ)
HTV configuration and installation
Target water is drawn in, treated with nanobubbles and returned to the same tank or circulation system.
Swipe left or right to see the full table.
-
Target water intake
A pump draws water from the tank or circulation system.
-
Gas mixing and nanobubble generation
Gas suited to the purpose is mixed in and passed through the all-stainless-steel HTV module.
-
Circulation
The nanobubble water is returned to the same tank or circulation system for repeated operation.
Sites requiring more than 20 m³/h use multiple units in parallel.

HTV FAQ
Answers to key technical and adoption questions when considering HTV.
What is the difference between HTV and HQN?
HTV's internal module is entirely stainless steel.
It has the same 6 models as HQN in standard flow and operating pressure. We recommend HTV for processes with strict hygiene standards and wetted-part requirements, and HQN for other processes.
Can it be used directly in GMP processes?
It is configured for processes with strict hygiene standards.
The scope of certification and validation depends on the process and installation environment. Tell us your required standards, and we will review materials and configuration with you.
Can ozone be used?
Ozone can be used without a separate option.
Ozone concentration, off-gas ozone treatment, residual ozone and worker safety conditions are confirmed at the design stage.
Can it be used in drinking water production equipment?
Equipment that must meet drinking water standards is configured with HTV.
Water quality standards and product labeling are confirmed under the applicable regulations.
Can the flow be adjusted?
Each model has a fixed rated flow.
Choose the model for the flow you need. Above 20 m³/h, multiple units are configured in parallel.
